We just received our container from So. Cal. We started with Panama International Packers, Caridad hre in Panama City near Albrook started the process by contacting Cesar at Rainier Overseas Movers, Inc. Cesar coordinated everything from the US shipping side and was always immediately available by phone and email to answer questions, etc. He contacted Joe Hammer at California Relocation who contacted me. California Relocation handled the packing and loading into the container. I was very pleased with the care they packed and loaded. The container arrived in Colon 3 wks later and in 1 more week was delivered to our home. Caridad handled everything from the Panama receving/trucking/customs side. The entire process went very smooth except for 4 hrs. delay at the customs office in David, apparently waiting for the customs officer who was not immediately available. The entire process took 4 wks., although we have not unpacked the boxes yet, from the outside everything appeared in excellent condition. We would definitely use their services again.

Caridad & her colleagues were awesome - we had a delayed container from the US due to an engine failure and they did everything they could to get our shipment through customs and to our new home as quickly as possible. I can’t say enough about the responsiveness of all of Panama Internationals personnel from Caridad and Raul to the workers who actually moved the furniture and the boxes. I asked, “What’s this for?” when given an insurance claim form to fill out as there was nothing to report. My next move will be far easier as it will be done by Panama International Packers. P.J. They where right for the job. Panama International Packers was able to provide us with competitive quality of service in addition to all the necessary contacts, thanks to their many years of work in this field. They handled from the largest to the smallest details of the move. Their highly trained, mostly bilingual personnel were very respectful and helpful in all aspects related to our door-to-door move. Our household goods arrived safely and on time to Washington State. The final arrangements for house delivery were well coordinated with a reliable stateside agent. Michelle and Caridad at ptypackers quickly assisted us in settling a small claim that followed, with the folks from an insurance firm in California. In conclusion, we would highly recommend Panama International Packers for your moving needs. By using ptypackers our move turned out to be a positive experience from start to finish.
